Zentangle Demonstration

This month I led Lawton Fort Sill Art Council members and guests through the peaceful, meditative drawing method known as Zentangle. This drawing process promotes concentration and creativity and has many health benefits like lowering stress and blood pressure. Zentangle was developed by a monk named Rick Roberts and an artist named Maria Thomas. Zentangle's series of dots and lines create fun and pleasing patterns. This art form is truly relaxing and suitable for any skill level!
